The Pictorial Guide of the Cyclades is not just an online tourist guide. It's also a powerful marketing tool, thanks to its connections and interactions with Google, Facebook, and the App Store.
- The core of the guide is the www.cyclades.mobi website, compatible with all devices (computers, tablets and smartphones of all types).
Beyond the website, the guide extends to 3 of the most popular internet ventures, used by billions of customers:
- GOOGLE, where we publish touristic and commercial 360° panoramas featured in Google Business, Google Maps, and Street View.
- FACEBOOK, where we publish and share teasers, news, and promotional posts.
- THE APP STORE, where we publish a collection of apps for iPhone and iPad.
We create a lot of interactions and cross-promotion between these different vectors, resulting in a very wide audience: more than 13 million views on Google and more than 4 million views on Facebook in 2018.
The Pictorial Guide of the Cyclades is now also a powerful and low-cost marketing tool for you, as our publications can be freely used for your own promotion.
- Most pages of www.cyclades.mobi can be shared on Facebook, including all our partners' free pages.
- All our Facebook posts can be shared in any Facebook page, group or profile.
- All our 360° panoramas can be integrated in any website or shared through a link, thanks to the embedding tags and short URLs provided for free by Google.
- The 360° panoramas and virtual tours we create for our partners are also featured in their own Google Business profile.
- When we create a virtual visit for a partner, we select one of the best 360° panoramas and we promote it on Facebook, with a link to his/her promotional page. This post can be freely used for subsequent promotion.
Moreover, our services are provided without yearly costs. The creation costs are unique and the services are not limited in time.
How can we do that?
To diminish all costs, we use free services provided by Google and Facebook, and we rely only on word-of-mouth and on Facebook publications to promote the guide.
All creations and developments are made by ourselves, without third-party paying services.
As long as Google and Facebook offer free services, we can offer our own services without a yearly fee.
HIGHLY EFFICIENT PROMOTION
FOR A VERY LOW COST
You get a promotional page on cyclades.mobi, a virtual visit on Google Maps, Street View and Google Business, and promotion on Facebook.
- Please note: we travel in the Cyclades two times a year, in May and September, to develop the guide, and we plan the travel according to the requests of our existing and future partners.
- We can of course provide some services all year long, upon request (proof-reading in English and French, writing in French, translations from English to French, Facebook promotion, internet marketing consulting, and more).
Our services in detail
- Your promotional page on cyclades.mobi, in French and English. It features all contact details, a description, a slideshow, a virtual visit, a location map, a Facebook share button, and links to your official website, your Facebook page and your TripAdvisor reviews.
- Your virtual visit on Google Maps, Street View and Google Business and, whenever possible, links to a nearby "virtual stroll". (Virtual strolls are Street View tracks that we create in selected areas, and these links bring more potential customers to our partners' places.)
- As soon as your virtual visit is agreed by Google, we select the most attractive panorama of your place and we share it on different Facebook pages and groups.
We offer also custom services based on 360° panoramas: additional webpage to help customers find your place (including map and panoramic views), Facebook album of your panoramas (ready to be used for your own promotion).
The price (all taxes included)
- Creation of your promotional page (incl. photo shooting and/or image processing, and translation of your description in French) + panorama shooting and uploading on Google (incl. image processing and Street View links) + promotional Facebook post (incl. sharing in various groups): 300 euros (basic price for 8 panoramas and a slideshow of 6 photos).
Please note: this price is an estimate, subject to change if you need less or more than 8 panoramas.
Optional:
- Whenever needed: additional panoramas for your virtual visit 20 euros each, additional panoramas to link your virtual visit to a virtual stroll 10 euros each.
No yearly fee, really!
The subsequent years, if we visit you in May or September, you'll only give us a small support to contribute to our costs. No money: a free dinner if you own a restaurant, two free nights if you own a hotel or studios, some free products or services if you own a shop, a car rental, or any other tourism-related business.
Please note that we'll require this support only if we need it and (if you manage a hotel or studios) if you have availabilities!
Our philosophy is to offer low-cost services with a "Swiss Made" quality, affordable for every budget.
