Attica - Attique

The Attica is the big peninsula where stand Athens and Piraeus, as well as the Eleftherios Venizelos international airport and the ports of Rafina and Lavrio, starting point of some of the Cyclades ferry lines.

While waiting for your ferry, or to cut the trip after long hours of plane or boat, a visit of Athens and Piraeus may be a nice interlude!

And if you stay a little longer, day trips to the closest islands (Salamina and Aegina) or to the Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion will be delightful experiences.

There are so many things to see and do in Greece! But let's face it: we are fascinated by the Cyclades and we haven't yet visited all islands of this amazing archipelago.

We haven't yet visited any place in Attica, except Athens, Piraeus and Rafina, and we went only once in Lavrio...
